DINEROS

NERO

Show name: Dineros
Stable name: Nero
Year of Birth: 2014
Breeding: Hanoverian out of Dressage Royal (Donnerhall, Rubinstein ) and a Sandro Hit/ Weltmeyer mare
Level competing: PSG
Owner: myself

I purchased Nero from Anna Ross and Elite Dressage in 2018 when he was a just backed 4 year old he had most of that year out in the field to 'grow' whilst I was busy campaigning Gleavo for the European Championships. I brought him back into work in the Autumn 2018 and have been schooling him on slowly giving him time out as and when he needs it .He loves to work and is very trainable - loves a challenge so the hardest thing is not to be tempted to push him too quick. He has recently been to a couple of competitions wining he classes.
Due to Lockdowns 2020 was not a good year for competing so I decided to keep Nero and train him up a bit more - he is so trainable and talented he is now waiting for lockdown 3 to be over so he can go out at PSG .I did manage to get him to a High Profile in the Autumn where he won in the Advanced Medium on the 3rd day - he took it all in his stride and his behaviour was impeccable despite the awful weather conditions. Once travelling restrictions are lifted he will be for sale .......sadly.

Olly new.jpg

PLATINUM COMMADORE

OLLY

Show Name: Platinum Commadore
Stable Name: Olly
Year of Birth: 2014
Breeding: Hanoverian out of Woodlander Clapton (Christ/Londonderry) and Lanoeska ( Voltaire)

Level: Advanced Medium

Owner: myself

I bought Olly when he was 6 months old from Platinum Stud where he was bred. He was backed last year as a 4yr old by Anna Ross' Team at Elite Dressage in Devon. I rode him on until October 2018 and then gave him the winter off to mature and grow mentally and physically. I then re-backed him Spring 2019 and have been schooling him on at the pace he is comfortable with . I am very excited for the future with this lovely boy.

2020 was spent mostly training and once Olly's confidence grew his amazing talent and power really started to show - he is awesome!!!

I did manage to get him to a few competitions at Elementary and Medium where he was impeccably behaved and gained scores up to 73.5% with many wins . He is also waiting for lockdown 3 to end so he can make his Advanced Medium debut.

SOUTHERN CROSS BOREALIS

BOB

Show Name: Southern Cross Borealis
Stable name: Bob
Year of Birth: 2011
Breeding: Hanoverian out of Boston and a Brietling mare

Bob was bred and is owned by Southern Cross Stud in Kent .Bob is by Boston, an exciting young stallion who was champion of his stallion licensing before going on to a promising ridden career with Isabelle Werth, though this was unfortunately cut short by his untimely death.  He only had two foal crops, his most famous offspring is Jerich Parzival who ruled international dressage for years with Adelinde Cornelissen.  The partnership enjoyed success at Olympic Games, World Cups, European Championships and many other international competitions.
Bob’s mother is a rare direct Brietling daughter.  Breitling enjoyed success at international Grand Prix and represented Germany on many occasions.

AQUIRO

Gleavo

Show Name: Aquiro

Stable Name: Gleavo

Year of Birth: 2003

Breeding: KWPN (Argentinus x Donnerhall)

Level: Small Tour

Owner: Myself

He was imported from Holland by Ben Andrews as a 7 year old at Novice level. Ben had him for 4 years and trained him up teaching him his changes and competing up to Medium level. We then bought Gleavo in April 2014, I started off competing him at Elementary level which then led to us winning the PetPlan Equine Area Festival at Elementary open. Since then we have won at the Winter Regionals in 2015 at Medium restricted, having squadded as a junior rider that winter. We rode at our first international in the spring 2015. That summer we were the BYRDS A Squad SW champion, the Home International FEI Champion, the U25 Junior and Junior Freestyle national champion. In 2016 we were placed in all 3 classes at the Keysoe CDI at Junior level and went on to compete at more Premier Leagues with wins at both Advanced Medium and PSG.

My long term goal with Gleavo is to compete at Grand-Prix level which we are hoping to achieve within the next 2 years. Gleavo was sold in February 2019 and is enjoying his new home in Ireland.

Show Name: Flow Motion
Stable name: Floyd
Year of Birth: 2011
Breeding: Hanoverian out of Furstenball and a Londonderry mare
Level: Inter 2 training Grand Prix
Owner: myself

Having sold Gleavo in February I purchased Floyd from Holland at the end March . He had been little competed in Holland apart from Stallion Shows when he was younger. Floyd was not very fit or strong and had a very green change each way . I have spent the last few months building up his fitness and strength and making his changes a little less wild !!! He is now competing PSG now. Very excited for our future together as he is so talented ... time will tell!!
